HOW DO WE KEEP REMODELING COSTS LOWER?

We keep overhead lean by avoiding commissioned salespeople, oversized administrative teams, expensive showrooms, and large vehicle fleets. We automate back-office tasks where it makes sense, so more of your budget goes toward skilled labor, quality materials, and the actual remodel.

Are we licensed bonded and insured?

Absolutely. We are a fully licensed, bonded, and insured ROC contractor in the state of Arizona. Your project and property are fully protected.

DO WE MARK UP MATERIALS?

We compare our contractor pricing with the retail price available to you. When we can get a better deal, we pass those savings along and provide the products without unnecessary markups. If you can purchase an item yourself for the same price or less, we will not upcharge you just to supply it.

Do we use subcontractors?

NO, Our technicians are vetted, trained, and work exclusively for Save Money Remodeling. This guarantees quality control, accountability, and safety on your project.

HOW DO WE USE AI TO LOWER OVERHEAD AND SHARE THE SAVINGS WITH YOU?

We use AI and automation for scheduling, follow-ups, estimates, project organization, and other administrative tasks. This reduces the need for a large office staff and keeps our overhead lower, allowing more of your budget to go toward skilled labor, quality materials, and the actual remodel.

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN MATERIALS?

Yes. You may provide flooring, tile, vanities, fixtures, lighting, mirrors, and other approved products. We review everything before installation to make sure it is suitable for the project.

DO YOU OFFER FREE ESTIMATES?

Our online ballpark estimate and initial phone consultation are free. A final proposal will require an in-home consultation, measurements, and a review of the existing conditions.

CAN I HANDLE PART OF THE PROJECT MYSELF TO SAVE MONEY?

Depending on the project, you may purchase materials, complete demolition, arrange haul-away, or hire certain specialty contractors yourself. We clearly define responsibilities before work begins so there is no confusion.

CAN YOU HELP ME CHOOSE MATERIALS?

Yes. We can meet you at local supplier showrooms or bring selected samples to your home so you can compare products with your lighting and existing finishes.

DO YOU PROVIDE 3D DESIGNS?

Optional 3D visualizations are available for an additional fee. Most straightforward projects can move forward without a 3D design.

CAN I LIVE IN MY HOME DURING THE REMODEL?

Usually, yes. It depends on the size and location of the project. We explain access, dust protection, work hours, and what areas may be temporarily unavailable.

DO YOU MOVE FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES?

Furniture or appliance moving can be included when discussed in advance. A few days before the project starts, we review what must be moved and who and how we or you will handle it.

DO WE PROVIDE A LABOR WARRANTY?

Yes. Completed work includes a 2-year labor warranty. You may extend the labor warranty for $300 per additional year. Warranty details and exclusions are included in the project agreement.

No. You work directly with the owner throughout your project. When measurement help is needed, we use estimators, not commissioned salespeople. That means no sales commissions built into your price, high-pressure sales tactics, or unnecessary upgrades.

Changes happen. If you decide to add, remove, or change part of the project after work begins, we’ll clearly explain any effect on pricing or timeline before moving forward. No surprise change-order charges.

HOW LONG WILL MY REMODELING PROJECT TAKE?

Timing depends on the scope, material availability, and existing conditions. We discuss an estimated schedule before work begins and explain any expected interruptions. If discoveries or approved changes affect the timeline, we keep you updated.

WHAT HAPPENS IF DEMOLITION REVEALS UNEXPECTED PROBLEMS?

If demolition exposes hidden damage or conditions outside the original scope, we explain the findings and recommended next steps. Any additional work, pricing, and schedule changes are documented in a written change order for your approval before that work proceeds. Floor prep is generally the only change order client see.

DOES MY QUOTE INCLUDE PERMITS?

If your project requires permits, we’ll let you know during the planning process. Permit requirements and fees vary by project and municipality and will be clearly identified separately when applicable.

DO YOU HANDLE DEMOLITION AND HAUL-AWAY?

Yes. When demolition is part of your project, we can handle removal of the existing materials and job-related debris. Demolition and haul -

away requirements are clearly included in your project scope so you know what is—and isn’t—included before work begins.
