Schedule a phone call with us to discuss your project, review your goals, and go over general pricing. If the project and budget seem like a good fit, we can schedule an in-home consultation to take measurements and prepare a detailed estimate.

If the project and general price range are a good fit, we schedule an in-home consultation to inspect the space, verify measurements, and discuss all details and goals.
Step 2: CHOOSE YOUR MATERIALS
We can meet you at local supplier showrooms to compare flooring, tile, countertops, cabinets, and fixtures in person. For added convenience, we can also bring selected samples to your home so you can see how they look with your lighting, colors, and existing finishes. You can also provide your own materials.
step 3: FINALIZE THE DESIGN AND PROJECT SCOPE
We finalize the project scope, layout, materials, finishes, and pricing. Optional 3D visualizations are available for an additional fee when you want to preview the design before construction.
STEP 4: CONFIRM DATES AND SCHEDULE
Once we agree on the project start date and expected completion date, you can accept the proposal online and submit the 50% deposit to secure your place on our schedule.
STEP 5: PREPARE FOR PROJECT START
A few days before work begins, we contact you to confirm the start date and provide an expected arrival window. We also review any final preparation, including furniture or appliance moving, access to the work area, and anything that should be completed before our crew arrives. Once everything is ready, our team arrives and begins the work according to the agreed scope and schedule.
STEP 6: FINAL WALKTHROUGH AND COMPLETION
Once the work is complete, we walk through the project with you and address any final details or corrections. After you approve the completed work, you sign the completion form and receive the final invoice online. Your project is then covered by our 3-year labor warranty.
