Absolutely. We are a fully licensed, bonded, and insured ROC contractor in the state of Arizona. Your project and property are fully protected.

DO WE MARK UP MATERIALS?

We compare our contractor pricing with the retail price available to you. When we can get a better deal, we pass those savings along and provide the products without unnecessary markups. If you can purchase an item yourself for the same price or less, we will not upcharge you just to supply it.

Do we use subcontractors?

NO, Our technicians are vetted, trained, and work exclusively for Save Money Remodeling. This guarantees quality control, accountability, and safety on your project.

HOW DO WE USE AI TO LOWER OVERHEAD AND SHARE THE SAVINGS WITH YOU?

We use AI and automation for scheduling, follow-ups, estimates, project organization, and other administrative tasks. This reduces the need for a large office staff and keeps our overhead lower, allowing more of your budget to go toward skilled labor, quality materials, and the actual remodel.

CAN YOU PROVIDE MY OWN MATERIALS?

Yes. You may provide flooring, tile, vanities, fixtures, lighting, mirrors, and other approved products. We review everything before installation to make sure it is suitable for the project.

DO YOU OFFER FREE ESTIMATES?

Our online ballpark estimate and initial phone consultation are free. A final proposal will require an in-home consultation, measurements, and a review of the existing conditions.

CAN YOU HANDLE PART OF THE PROJECT MYSELF TO SAVE MONEY?

Depending on the project, you may purchase materials, complete demolition, arrange haul-away, or hire certain specialty contractors yourself. We clearly define responsibilities before work begins so there is no confusion.

CAN YOU HELP ME CHOOSE MATERIALS?

Yes. We can meet you at local supplier showrooms or bring selected samples to your home so you can compare products with your lighting and existing finishes.

DO YOU PROVIDE 3D DESIGNS?

Optional 3D visualizations are available for an additional fee. Most straightforward projects can move forward without a 3D design.

CAN I LIVE IN MY HOME DURING THE REMODEL?

Usually, yes. It depends on the size and location of the project. We explain access, dust protection, work hours, and what areas may be temporarily unavailable.

DO YOU MOVE FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES?

Furniture or appliance moving can be included when discussed in advance. A few days before the project starts, we review what must be moved and who and how we or you will handle it.

DO WE PROVIDE A LABOR WARRANTY?

Yes completed work is covered by our 3-year labor warranty. Warranty details and exclusions are included in the project agreement.

HOW WILL WE COMMUNICATE DURING THE PROJECT?

You will receive clear updates about scheduling, progress, and important project details. You can communicate directly with us whenever you have questions, without going through a commissioned salesperson.
